Shipping policy

All of our products are carefully packed in a sturdy bakery or candy box. We use lots of bubble wrap and paper material to protect your order. However once it's shipped we cannot ensure it will not get damaged on its way to you.

If any breakage occurs during shipping, please note we do not issue refunds.

• Currently we ship using USPS Priority mail shipping. 
• Our baked goods usually ship between 1 - 3 business days from the moment an order is placed. 
• USPS Priority Mail Shipping time is typically 1-4 business days depending on your location.
• Please note that holidays or bad weather usually reflects in extended USPS delivery estimates. We unfortunately don't have any control over this.  
• If you feel your order may not arrive on time, we may offer the option of shipping USPS Express Mail which is guaranteed but an additional cost to you. Please contact us directly if this is something you are interested in.
• Shipping costs are estimated based off of USPS weight and destination rate delivery prices. 
• Items are usually shipped Monday through Friday. We try to avoid shipping on Saturdays so your order arrives quickly and remains fresh.
